Australian Orders

Viva Health Hub is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping with Australia Post on all domestic orders over $175. You can also upgrade to express for $7 extra. Under $175? Standard post is $14.50 and Express is $22.50, flat fees. We utilise Australia Post as our courier service for delivering orders across Australia, providing both standard and express postage options to business, residential, PO Box, or locker box addresses.If you are sending to a Parcel Locker, please ensure you include your Australia Post Parcel Locker Number. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, shipping method, order processing time, carrier volume, and unforeseen events like weather conditions. We strive to meet these time frames; however, exceptions may apply.Please be aware that we do not ship on public holidays or weekends.Once a parcel is dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify delivery instructions or addresses for that order.Viva Health Hub cannot take responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your order from the moment it is picked up by Australia Post. All orders will be provided with tracking numbers via email.

 

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

While we aim to maintain stock of popular items, there may be occasions when we need to reorder from our suppliers, which can add extra time to the processing and dispatch of your order. If there is a significant delay or if a supplier is out of stock, we will reach out to you with alternative product suggestions. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be dispatched within specified time frames.For cold goods, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping as economy shipping may affect their viability. No cold goods will be dispatched on Thursdays or the day before a public holiday.

 

International Orders

Viva Health Hub ships to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shopping cart during checkout, please feel free to contact us.We use Australia Post for all international shipments. Australia Post provides two trackable services with proof of delivery: 

We offer Express Post, Standard Post and Economy Post for International Shipping

New Zealand orders are priced at $39.50 for express, $32.50 for standard and $23.50 for economy freight. 

All other destinations are priced at $49.50 for express, $39.50 for standard and $29.50 for economy freight. 

We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.Once a parcel is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify delivery instructions or addresses for that order.We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery once your order has been picked up by Australia Post.

 

International Estimated Shipping Times

Viva Health Hub does not offer free international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Estimated delivery times apply between metro areas of major cities for items classified as low value and low risk that are pre-cleared through customs. Excludes customs processing time and may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control. 

 

International Import Tax

Depending on your country's legislation, you may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs duties upon receiving your order.Viva Health Hub will not be liable for packages that are refused or held up by customs during delivery.

 

Declaration of Value and Product Description

International shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice required for customs clearance.Customs authorities may request additional information based on local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity of some requests, we cannot guarantee that all additional information requested will be provided. Please note that these requests may vary based on order value, regulations, and other unpredictable factors. It is essential to understand your country's import regulations before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

The courier company may use your contact information in case of any issues with your delivery. Viva Health Hub is not responsible for incorrect information entered into your order. We can only guarantee the delivery of your parcel if all provided details are accurate and complete.
