Order Cancellation

Before Processing:
You may cancel your order before it has been processed. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately.

After Processing:
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to accept cancellations. This policy is in place to ensure that we can deliver your order promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged during transit or if an incorrect item was sent. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item and after a successful quality inspection, we will process your refund using the original payment method. For items purchased with a free shipping promotion, the refund will be adjusted to exclude the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that depending on your bank's policies, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Stock Levels and International Orders

If we encounter stock availability issues with our suppliers that prevent us from delivering your purchased product, we will contact you promptly. In such cases, we can offer a replacement item, issue a refund, or place the item on backorder if you prefer to wait for restocking.For international orders, if a package is returned to Viva Health Hub due to violations of a country's laws or import regulations, all fees billed to Viva Health Hub will be the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. Due to regulatory issues, customers will not receive credit for merchandise or shipping costs if customs seizes and destroys an order.

The courier may use your contact information in case of delivery issues.Viva Health Hub is not liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided on your order. We can only guarantee delivery if all provided details are accurate and complete.Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it or modify the phone number, delivery address, or email address associated with it.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
